I think this is depends on with the environment or the background of the school.
If the school has an International program, so English is as a foreign language. of course, the teacher always uses English in the teaching learning process and not use the native language in the classroom.
But, there are a lot of the teacher using native language in the learning process. Why ? because as a teacher we must know the background of the students,about what they need and their ability in English.

Which one is better English tough by native speaker or English teacher ?

My opinion , better or not is depends on the student's ability in English.
Why ? My reason,generally, used native speaker depends on the policy of department or the school. For example, in SMP Negeri 4 Surakarta especially special ( Emercy class ). The special class is a program for students which in everyday teaching and learning process use native speaker. The students can understanding about what their teacher says, because the students have good ability in English. The background of native speaker as a teacher, so she / he understands about the culture of her / his student. But, if the native speaker isn't a teacher so, it is a difficult to convey the materials clearly for them.
We can observe the progress of English teacher, in fact, English teacher couldn't good in English .
Give a note, for example pronunciation. English teacher has an accent self. There are Scottish, British, etc. The problem is there is English teacher inconsistent with their accent causes their pronunciation worse. But also, native speaker isn't always mastery the grammar, for instance, American isn't mastered the grammar.
my conclusion, I think it is better to find native speaker because students can be more motivated to study English. It is no problem, difficult or not depends on our as teacher.
So, teacher should be know an appropriate method and techniques to teach them.

my experience learn english

Hi.. friends..
I'm Luki. Here I want to tell you my experience about what I get when I observe and interview at SMK ( Vocational High School ).
I get a new experience and new knowledge, I thought the materials between SMA ( Senior High School ) and SMK was same. In fact, it is different. So, before teaching we must know and analysis the need and situation from the students. SMK is the school which create the professional and skillfil person. Generally, after graduating from SMK, students often get the job depending on the skill they get in their school. Study of language for SMK is very important, especially English because English is international language. But, from the student self, English is not important for them. The important for them is how to study the engine of motorcycle. As a teacher,we must be creative to use English put into the vocational material. For example, using English to discuss about the engine. So, English will not be difficult for them because they feel fun in studying the material given. For me, teaching at SMK need full power, especially if the students are boys. Each person have each characteristic. So, to be good teacher, we need to have skill to handle the situation in the class, and convey the material in a right away, to be understood by the students, and also to give and inform the knowledge clearly.
